Contribute FeedbackAlthough P.F. Chang's received mixed reviews, the consensus points to the establishment's inconsistency in various areas. While the food quality was a hit or miss, with some patrons enjoying specific dishes like the Chicken Pad Thai and Wagyu beef, others found certain items disappointing. Service also varied, from exceptional to appalling, including instances of payment security concerns and inconvenient processes. However, standout servers like Zayn and Ambi left a positive impression. Despite these ups and downs, the atmosphere and overall experience at P.F. Chang's seemed to offer potential for a satisfying dining experience, making it a place worth revisiting.
The waiter refused to provide separate checks and insisted on splitting the bill evenly between us. This made things awkward as our orders were not the same.
Summertime in Gainesville allows the residents to come out and enjoy the local restaurants without the crowds associated w the university. This was another great evening. The lettuce wraps were on point- very tasty. I enjoyed their pad Thai w chicken and shrimp. The server said that the recipe was changed and I agree. It made an already good dish even better. My wife enjoyed the chicken w broccoli and we finished it off with the Great Wall of Chocolate cake. So good. Worth every single calorie!!! Our server, John, has waited on us before and he again was attentive and efficient, always courteous. And he knows the menu very well. He is a great “face” for the company
My experience at P.F. Chang's was positive overall. The food was very good. However, I had only fair service. The waitress forgot to bring me two different things I requested. I had to get her attention, or another server's to fulfill my requests.
They consistent deliver quality at a fair price. Our server was exceptional.
Lettuce wraps had Romaine lettuce not butter leaf and changed entire flavor
