The food is microwaved at best, but the problem is that they sub out Doordash to deliver. This means that when they bring you the wrong order, doordash can't help you because the order wasn't placed through them, and it's just wings just connects you to the local chili's, who are also not responsible. So if anything goes wrong, which is likely since it's a pain for doordash to keep up with, you'll be out dry.

Food is good and the price isn't bad but customer service is horrible. ordered food got the wrong thing so I said something and was told to bad

This is the worst wing I have ever had. It was old and clearly reheated, making it soggy. It was a complete waste of money and the restaurant is a ghost kitchen.

This wing was absolutely terrible! I will not be ordering it again.
