Arby's - Gainesville

Great service. Very polite and professional. I was the only person in the drive through, food was ready quickly, warm, and most importantly, presentable. The staff member working the window went above and beyond the expected customer service level I expect at all places. I will definitely return to this store and I recommend this location to everyone.

It was ok. Practically threw my bag at me. Guess they were in a hurry. Forgot my 3 orders of mac n cheese and one of my gyros. But rest of order was good.

The staff here was quite pleasant and let me know my food was taking a little longer since it was being cooked at that moment. I would recommend the lunch shift here during the week.

Ok they are open to start with... very friendly and nice staff. Food was better than most Arby's. Very clean place, ofcource still has the new smell to it... It has the usual Arby's stuff. Concidering the location it might be a better option than other fair around the area. And as per a previous reviews about hobos living in the back that is simply not true, see the pics.

There was a guy in the restaurant who seemed to be camping out there. He was asking people for money and food. Very strange.
