Piatti genuini e ottima qualità. il massimo manager di una cortesia unica ma tutto il personale è amichevole e veloce. punteggio massimo più che meritato. prezzo di qualità senza pari, nuova camera e direttive covid soddisfatte. Che vuoi dire? Lo consiglio cuore, purtroppo siamo lontani altrimenti verremmo molto spesso!

What a place. Food is out of this world. Tortellini in Brodo is one of the best things I ate in my life...prices are veery fair. Staff is friendly and smiling. Also make sure to check their guest rooms if you are staying around, they will treat you as a family member :

The pasta was thin and cooked perfectly, the tortelloni with sage were the best I've had. Service was friendly and they accommodated several special requests. The bread came to the table warm and the prosciutto was excellent.

White tablecloths, homey atmosphere, locals eating regional meals and drinking regional wines. What is not to love! And, regional in Emiglia Romagna means more than in most provinces! Ebe Zanelli and Piero Filippi are the owners of this establishment. Their food is very authentic. Whether it is pasta, soup, chicken, pork, or local cheeses and fried bread, you will not be disappointed. When I asked Ebe whether she could give me her soup recipe, she pointed to her head, and told me that it was not written down. I only wished she could come visit us and give us cooking lessons!
