The restaurant is still closed, as indicated by their outdated website which hasn't been updated since at least 2019. The area is heavily guarded by security/police and barricades. Despite being told by a tour guide from a previous visit that it would be opening on the 28th, the response from the police at the entrance was dismissive and indicated that there were no plans to open anytime soon.
