Jefferson's Restaurant - Gadsden

This place never disappoints. always good service. clean them inside and outside. they sit, unless it's super packed and there's a waiting list. double dipped wings are dry rubbed, not wet. They are listed as medium spicy, but seem to be mild for me, but they have not forgotten a lot of taste to get ranch dressing to immerse them. the side of the fries is updated on cheese and bacon frits. they are also excellent. bacon cheese burger. try this. juicy fleischpatty with thick speck, all circumcisions. it has added a BBQ sauce that really brings it all together. we had many items from this restaurant and always had good results. one of our favorites.

I ordered from door dash, and while the experience by door dash was not good, that was on us. I really ordered late. they had no available driver for delivery, so it took about 2 hours to get our food. However, it was the best cold food I ever had. I can't imagine how good it was warm. the sweet potato fries I ordered came with a zimtsauce. it was fantastic. the pommes were like steakhouse style, which I don't like for regular potato friries, but for the sweet potato style they are definitiw my favorites. the philly steak was good, I added my own sauce which was the tangy carolina sauce. the wings were really good, I enjoyed the sauce that was used on them and the tortilla chips were great. my important other has the fried pickles and man. they have loaded this to go full container. it was a long wait for food I think it was absolutely worth it. it took a while to come here, but once I was impressed. I am not from this area, so I will not be able to eat there often, but I will definitely eat here when I come back to visit my important other family.

Ordered online and needed an hour to get my food. simply unacceptable. I was ready to give them 35 minutes, but no when I arrived to pick up my food, I said it would be an extra 20 minutes. they love eating, but if order online should be able to pick it up in a reasonable time, and an hour is not reasonable.

I ordered the shrimp tacos the picture looked great but what they sent out was really disappointing there was barely anything on it so I sent it back and just ate chips and spinach dip the dip was good my husband got the chili it looked good he said it was ok we paid $21.00 that includes 5.00 for tip

I will never eat there again the servers are horrible the managers are horrible and corporate will never return your calls. I was basically made to pay an extra $6 for 2 drinks that was not necessary because my kids kids meal came with a drink. But they charged me for 2 $3 drinks extra and told me it was impossible for them to take it off, Since the drinks were already consumed. And then proceeded to call me a liar and tell me that we did not tell the server we wanted kids meals. My son literally pointed at the kid's meal menu and said that's what he wanted. Horrible service
