We waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes, only to have... read more It's currently 7:56 PM, and according to the restaurant's posted hours, they close at 10 PM. We waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes, only to have some employees leaving through the back inform the person at the speaker that they were closed. What’s going on? We saw car after car pull up to the speaker, only to discover that they couldn't place their orders because the restaurant was closed. This was particularly frustrating on parade night! It's evident they missed out on a significant amount of potential sales by closing early. Very disappointing!

Many other restaurants keep their lobbies open, which clearly attracts more patrons. This policy might be causing Hardee's to lose potential business. The food is excellent, and the staff are friendly and attentive.
