from our 3-week Japan trip this was the least delicious restaurant to say it on possitive wise. they only have a warm meal and a sweet salad. we were pointed out to these two courts (no flexibility was shown to us) well, we ordered both courts. I have to say that the salat dressing was insipid. I wish I had. sunflower oil on the hand, not to mention balsámico (or a good dressur.) and the risotto. hmm, too salty, too... View all feedback.
Helpful staff, they were able to offer vegan options and it helped with the vegan passport app for translation, western food, but great Saké.
Heaps of vegan and vegetarian options. I got the avo toast and added egg as I’m vege absolutely delicious and such a nice oat Cappuccino Updated from previous review on 2024-08-13
Came for dinner. The location is beautiful as the sun sets. Food was wonderful and large servings. The staff were super helpful making sure the food and drink I ordered were vegan. They even asked additional questions like if oil was ok for me. The waitress I had didn’t speak much English so it might be helpful to have a Japanese speaker or Google translate handy if you don’t know Japanese.
Has a lot more vegan options than in the description, especially around breakfast time which must be new menu additions, including vegan yoghurts , granola and smoothies! Recommend the avocado toast, if you love coriander it will make you happy, their bread is proper sourdough which is great and they have dreamy runny almond butter. Theres salt and pepper at the table, a rare luxury in Japan. You also order via your phone by scanning a QR code or they provide an iPads which is pretty cool( think a Covid measure)
Of our 3-week Japan trip, this was the least delicious restaurant, to say it in a possitive way. They have only one warm veggie meal and one veggie salad. Upon request, we were pointed to these two dishes (no flexibility was shown to us). Fine, we ordered both dishes. I must say the salad dressing was insipid. I wish I had... sunflower oil at hand, not to mention balsámico (or a good dressing). And the risotto... Hmm, too salty, too little flavour, no wine used for its preparation. We are not cooks, still our homemade risotti are far more tasty. Being more pricey than anything else we had in Japan, we would not come back to this place.
