Trattoria Sellari - FROSINONE

Locale tipico della tradizione così tante persone e famiglie del posto già una garanzia per primo i tipici fini con la salsa ed eccezionalmente per carnevale le costole si maiale. secondo la famosa fettina alla bolognese con un carciofo squisito. con il caffè ci hanno portato castagno e crespo tutti meravigliosi

We had a wonderful lunch here. we started with antipasti, consisting of meat, cheese, olive, artichoke, filled paprika. our first cure was cannelloni and spaghetti. our second cure was lamb, bark meat, carrots, green beans and salat. everything was prepared in local style. the wee, we had excellent!

On a recent trip to frosinone we drove to trattoria sellari after we had read about them on several of the record Italian food blogs. we decided to go there from our hotel, and (of course) was lost...but the best made of stopping in an old-fashioned hairdresser...shop for a warm shave for dave. in our rich Italian we told the hairdresser where we go to dinner. turns out that it was his favorites trattoria! a good sign? on a sloping side street we came to the trattoria and were impressed by its clean, pleasant look. there were small groups of men (casual business types,) dating couples, Batelor types (obvily mama’s night cooking watch football on a television discreetly arranged near the kitchen, and a big party of 12. the weinlist is complete and offers many local options to very favorable trips. we started our dinner with the cold antipasti and enjoyed a beautiful sortiment of locally produced cured meat and olives, with fresh and salted mozzerella and delicious grilled brot with the new vintage fresh olive oil. just great. next, for primi, the bucatini amatriciana and the carbonara. we received generously two kinds of hard cheese to caress. we were happy now, but this could not prevent us from sharing a second cure of grilled lamb and broccoletti. both were fresh and very tasty, and the management was very happy that we share these entree. cookies and some of the local amaro rounded off our meals perfectly. this trattoria is really what authentic Italian cuisine is about...correspondence hosts and server, local clientele, and simple, delicious meals in a very pleasant atmosphere. we will return!

Coccolati come a casa, cibo eccellente e ospitalità splendida, una vera trattoria con autentici sapori e ingredienti di alta qualità, la pasta fresca è ottima. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Mai assaggiato delle lasagne così buone, ottima anche la carbonara. Favolosi anche i carciofi che abbiamo mangiato sia alla romana che fritti. Buona anche la selezione di vini. Personale molto cordiale.
