What Ambot Lng Saimo doesn't like about Maple Street Biscuit Company:
If you?re looking for a twist on a traditional American breakfast this place probably worth your visit; however, I am not a fan. I still rate this restaurant at somewhat highly rated because of they offer fast and efficient service. Don?t forget to cleanyour mess after eating tho. View all feedback.
The service was great, I enjoyed my meal- all except the eggs. I asked for scrambled with cheese and I received.....maybe an over cooked omelet? I would definitely go again but eggs will be a no go for me.What I really enjoyed- when the cashier asked for a name on the order, she asked for it to be your favorite cartoon character, I believe.
We stopped in for brunch after a family members high school graduation. I didn't expect much from a place that sold biscuits as it's main entree, but I was surprised with the options available and even more surprised at how delicious they were!I went back and forth between the maple biscuit (the favorite) and the cowboy; both biscuits hold their own!I decided on the cowboy and have no regrets! The sausage gravy, chicken fried steak, and eggs created a nice collection of complimentary flavors for the biscuit, which is huge, BTW! In addition, we added a side of meatballs with jelly, YUM!Stop in and check this place out and definitely try the fresh squeezed orange juice or coffee...Pretty dog gone good!
Excellent experience. Awesome service. Delicious food. Totally recommend coming here.Food: 5/5
Right off the bat, service is top notch. Absolutely very helpful and informative, easy to modify dishes. Cute little counter service place. The biscuits are pretty good (I even got some to biscuits, cinnamon biscuits, and homemade jelly to go). All of the ingredients were clearly fresh and high quality. The lemonade was a little syrupy for my preference, but tasted good. The sausage gravy is listed as having a kick (which worried me as total spice baby), but it wasn 't really spicy at all. I think the three layer cake was great and filling. The bisucuit sandwich was a bit messy to eat, but high quality stuff. I couldn 't finish everything.Vegetarian options: Can get mushroom gravy instead of sausage gravy.
The biscuit sandwich was not what I expected. It was amazing. My mom got the chicken fried steak sandwich. The biscuit was good, the chicken had a nice kick. I had enough for a snack later. I'd probably ask for the bacon to be less cooked or removed. I'm not as much of a bacon fan as most people. We got some cinnamon biscuits to-go. They were better without the icing plain, with butter, or maple syrup. We'll be going back. We paid around $55 with two sandwiches/drinks, a dozen cinnamon biscuits and a tip, but it was worth it.
