The staff is friendly and attentive. It’s always a plus when the staff pays attention to your water. The sushi is fresh and the tempura is crispy. Fish was soft and succulent. Only complaints are: The batter was a little thick on some slices of vegetable tempura. The yellow tail roll was wrapped a little too tight so it was very chewy and compact. What Kenny Anderson doesn't like about Love Sushi:
It was fine, very busy, but the rolls were heavily saused and the ingredients didn't have a very bright fresh flavor. Price was decent and service was very quick for how busy they were. We ordered the salmon tower, yellow tail roll, mayamoya roll (check spelling), vegetable tempura, (not pictured) spam roll.
This place is a must to visit. $12 for 3 large rolls of sushi and the sushi is amazing!!!! Eight people making sushi and our server was very friendly. If you order pop it's can pop but free refills. They do have a kids section on there menu too! The spam (yes I know this sounds weird) but it was my favorite roll. The Fantastic roll and endamame were so good too. They thankfully gave our kids cheater chop stick helpers and they were so excited to use chop sticks.
Personally I think they are great but I have a hard time getting the old man to go here. He is bouje and doesn’t think they are anything special. I disagree because I think they taste the same as most other sushi places I’ve been to but Love Sushi has reasonable pricing for my sushi budget. The dinner special is 2 regular rolls for $11 which is a GREAT deal because they have lots of yummy rolls on the list! The heart attack on the appetizers is my favorite! It’s a crab stuffed jalapeño, tempura fried with spicy mayo and eel sauce on top. They are sooooo good! I think my favorite roll is the Fantastic roll. The Louisiana one is great as well. (Honestly I don’t think I’ve had a “bad” roll here. The lunch special is an even better deal and I can’t wait to stop by for lunch some day! My only complaint is that they don’t have a soda machine and it’s all cans $2.50 a pop. Will be back many more times, I highly recommend Love Sushi!!
