We love the food and order a couple times a month. But for some reason we keep getting hung up on when we called tonight As soon as we said the word door dash we were hung up on 4 times. When we spoke to manager Nathan or Jonathan he claimed we hung up. Maybe door dash has become a challenge for them. I'm not sure. I had a very disappointing experience at this sushi bar, with both the food and management falling short. The rice in the cooked roll was separated from the other ingredients, but despite this, I finished my meal. When the waiter asked about the food, I mentioned the issue without requesting a discount. The waiter was understanding and apologized, offering me a 40% discount. However, the manager's response was different. He claimed that the dish was supposed to be that way and since we had already finished eating, there wasn't much he could do. He also advised us, in a rather impolite manner, to raise concerns about the food before finishing the meal. I felt like I was being scolded instead of receiving good customer service, especially considering I had not even asked for a discount. It's hard to imagine finishing a soggy roll and then being questioned by the manager about the experience. I simply shared my thoughts without seeking any discounts, yet the manager's response was dismissive and condescending. You may share my sentiments as well.
