No good experience. The time was about 2.50. My daughter and I went off a long 3 hours drive hoping to try the $10 meal deal. The place was empty. We waited about 5 minutes for placement. We looked at the menu as the person said we were ready to order. She said she'd get the waiter. 15 minutes passed and no waiter. We left. Maybe one day I'll try if I have more time. The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious! Our son had a great time and really enjoyed his sundae. We decided to take him out for a special dinner and we were impressed by the awesome staff members. I also want to mention that I loved the drink I ordered, the Purple Poppin Lemonade. It had just the right amount of sweetness, not too tart.
I had a great experience at this restaurant. My order was correct and arrived in a timely manner. The food was delicious, especially the bottomless garlic fries. The 'Madlove Burger' I ordered wasn't as spicy as I had hoped, but it was still very tasty. The service was a bit lacking as our server forgot some things and I had to wait a while for a water refill. The cleanliness of the restaurant was decent, although the restroom needed some attention. The pricing was fair for the quality of food, around $15 per meal. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for their good burgers and unlimited fries, despite the service being a bit frustrating. I would definitely return, maybe at a less busy time.
I put a mobile order in using Active Menus. The process was easy and quick. I asked for our food to be ready ASAP and received a notification about 10 minutes later that it was ready. I actually missed the text so arrived about 15 minutes after that and had about a 5 minute drive home. Our food was still hot enough, the portions were good sized and onion rings were nice and crisp, I had the teriyaki chicken sandwich. The chicken breast was thick, juicy and bigger than the bun. The rest of my family had a couple of different types of burgers and those were thick and juicy as well!
Red Robin offers a selection of fresh and tasty grilled chicken sandwiches. They are known for having some of the best onion rings. I decided to order my food for takeout. The staff was helpful and adhered to Covid-19 safety protocols.
The restaurant was clean, our server was polite and was knowledgeable of menu. Our food was brought hot to our table. She came around often and asked for refills.
