Jeb's Blueberry Hill - Fresno

I only give this a 3-star review because of the lack of options to substitute when allergies are involved. I ordered an omelet and have a gluten allergy, so I kindly asked for fruit to be substituted for the bread items that normally come with it. They did, but for an additional charge, which was ridiculous. I am used to up charges on bread items, as gf breads are insanely expensive, but a fruit cup does not cost that much more than biscuits and gravy would?! Other than that, the staff was friendly, coffee was good a huge bonus), food is good and decent portions.Vegetarian options: There are a few things that are veggie, but they don't like to substitute or remove items.

The prices are good and atmosphere is quaint with that Grandma’s Kitchen type feel. Definitely dated but it’s what makes it quaint.Food: 5/5

The reason I cannot share photos with you for this review is because before I could even think to, most of our breakfast is already gone. It is my first morning and first breakfast in Fresno, as well as the state of California, and I am off to an incredible start.The Garden Benedict is a masterpiece of grilled vegetables absolutely smothered in an addictive hollandaise. Will be back later this week to order my wife’s breakfast this morning, the Fruit Rollup Combo.Many of the reviews here stress affordability, and while that is indeed a plus it’s the quality of the meals themselves and the exceptional table service that to my mind make this an unmissable Fresno breakfast and a terrific first impression for a beautiful city.

First time trying the place.It was highly recommended by two friends . Love to support local owners . Food was great. Totally surprised about the wide variety of choices on their menu. Can't wait to come back and try them all.Food: 5/5
