Carl's Jr. - Fresno

<There has been an update after the story. Drive through I bought a fried chicken burger and the chicken did not taste good. Slimy texture inside and chewy in a bad way. I called and someone answered right away. I asked if I can 'exchange , get a return , or if they can 't do much. Basically what can be done. He was silent!! Literally for more than 30 seconds just quiet . I can hear everything in the back but , he didn 't hang up or say anything. I hanged up and tried calling a minute late but nobody was answering. Quick Update!! The manager called me today and apologized about her staff and she was very sweet. She didn 't make me feel dumb about calling that day. She did say additional training will be given. She is proud of her store and changed my perspective on their customer service.

Definitely has improved since the last time I went, they have newer staff and for the better.

We placed a pick up order at BK through their app, arrived to pick up only to be told they were closed. First though? Trusty Carl's Jr with their late accommodating hours will be open. Great hot food, fast service thr girl working the drive thru was on her game. The First Shaw location in Fresno is where you need to go!!!

Me and my girl went there and and had a bite to eat. The place was clean the employees was very kind and respectful.

I wasn't sure if the restaurant was open, but I decided to try the drive-thru. To my surprise, the lights were off at 9pm on a Friday night. Despite this, I managed to make it to the window where I saw someone picking up their order. It was a very disappointing experience.
