Carl's Jr. - Fresno

Not really a place to learn which I tried here: no socket for any type of electronics like for a laptop or charger; Wi-Fi doesn't work. I'm sure it's okay, but not for a place to make schoolwork

My mom placed an order and did not receive everything. She then called to make a complaint and they hung up on her. Twice. I understand she was coming in hot on the phone and for that I apologize, but she paid for items that she did not receive and rather then find out what happened they hung up on her.

This location states that it is open at 6 a.m. however I have been here on four different occasions between 6 to 6:30 and they are closed. It would be great if they would update their times to reflect when they are actually open. It is 6:20 a.m. right now and the inside is dark and nobody is there to wait on anyone so please update your hours

Worst Carl's junior burgers I have ever had came from here. I don't know what took them so long but I swear to God, mcdonalds makes better food, and more fresh than this place! Burgers tasted old and dry, fries were half cooked and the chicken strips looked like a few popcorn chicken (like the size of a quarter of a strip of chicken) and was rubbery and hard! Both of us didn't finish it and did I mention it was 35 bucks for this meal! If I known I was guna eat old food I would have went to mcdonalds because at least their food isn't old! I'm so disappointed because they are so expensive and they don't even make it fresh!
