Ohlone Deli Catering - Fremont

Excellent atmosphere and friendly service make this Mom and Pop type of deli a real treat.It's located right across from Ohlone College, and I recommend the beef gyro. The freezes are a treat as well, and they come with caramel, vanilla, or hazelnut syrup by request.I wish they were open on Sunday (for a relaxing day off with eats), but if you can make it during the week, or on Saturdays before they close, you won't be disappointed. Note, there is no public restroom, so keep that in mind if you're planning to stop off and sit and eat, while socializing for a while.

This place has the best fries in all of Fremont, probably in the bay area. They have messed my order a few times. It's never crowded and the rest of the food is good.

Food is great. He really takes his time and makes the food look great. Great milkshakes and great service. Overall very cool place

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a pastrami and ham Witt everything. The bread was soggy and old . The ham and pastrami was rank! Totally disgusted with this deli! I will never return !!!

Heard this deli made good pastrami sandwiches, tried it out, as well as fish chips with my husband! We both loved the chips which were tasty and very crisp. That’s how a fresh crinkle chip should be! Fish crisp and fresh! Wish pastrami was home made, but is was fresh as well. The gentleman from the Mediterranean knows his way around a deli. Say what, baklava, too? All right! Baklava heaven now! Will be back soon! Thanks very much
