Taj Indian Cuisine - Fredericksburg

IF YOU HAVE NOT EATEN HERE BEFORE PLEASE TRY IT!!!!!!!!! I've been here twice for my birthday and both times it has been AMAZING!!!!! The food is consistently a 10/10, the service is consistently a 10/10, and the atmosphere is you guessed it consistently a 10/10!!!!!! Truly though this restaurant serves the best food I have ever experienced. You can taste the freshness in every bite and the ingenuity of the chefs shines through with every new dish added to menu! Overall I would give this restaurant an 11/10 and would recommend to anyone that likes good food! Vegetarian options: Paneer (which is a no-meat protein) is available as an alternative for every meal which allows nearly any dish to be made vegetarian. Dietary restrictions: They serve Halal meat and have a wide range of both vegetarian and vegan options Parking: Lots of space for parking and not often crowded Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible there's no blockage or stairs that prevent wheelchair access all the way from the parking lot into the actual restaurant. The bathrooms are also private and wheelchair accessible.

I forgot to take pictures of the plates, but I will say for a mom with 2 picky children I am happy I found this place!! We had the butter chicken with the tomato and cheese naan and my boys absolutely loved it!!! I was specific to make the butter chicken absolutely mild for them and it was actually done! Will definitely be coming back (picture is the lamb bhuna bhatura)

The place needs improvement and updating. Cleanliness also needs to be better!
