Spent $22. Carhop BROUGHT food out to our CAR, after we ordered at the speaker. ? Steak N Cheese w/ Onion Rings was ok. (Onion rings have a VANILLA EXTRACT FLAVOR?? The Coke w/ NO ICE was ok. I recently visited Sonic with my daughter who loves their food. However, I had a frustrating experience with the service. The staff member taking my order repeatedly stopped to ask if I had responded during the order process, leading to long pauses and confusion. I was losing patience as she seemed disorganized. Fast, tasty eating. lady, who brought food out, made me laugh. that's always a big plus in my book?
Don't bother with the app. They offer deals, you customize things, then the app decides to error out on checkout and you have to redo the whole order with the attendant. Happens at least 50% of the time. Everything else is pretty good, but takes twice as long to order because of the shenanigans with the app.
