This is definitely my favorite spot in Fredericksburg. The food is creamy and delicious, and the staff is very friendly. I can't wait for the upstairs area to open so I can work near a window seat again! I miss the monster cookies, but I highly recommend pretty much everything here. What John Chittum doesn't like about Hyperion Espresso:
The coffee lacked sugar and caramel. The raspberry pastry was microwaved. Despite my disappointment, I will give this place another try as I know they have the potential to do better. This restaurant has been around since I was a child. View all feedback.
Hands down my favorite latte in Fredericksburg. Creamy, great flavor and friendly staff. Can’t wait until the upper area opens back up as I miss working remotely from a window seat! I do miss the monster cookies (drool) but highly recommend just about everything here! They also have a good assortment of alternative milk options and delish bakery items.
I would give Hyperion Expresso 10 stars if I could. This place is amazing! Way better than Starbucks. They have a great selection of drinks, and baked goods. The staff are amazingly friendly. I would recommend this highly to anyone who like good coffee and cozy atmosphere.
Yum, yum, yum! I treat myself to coffee here every couple of months and it's always delicious- the frozen mocha is really rich and sweet. The staff are lovely and got me through really fast, plus the shop is so cute! If I had the funds, I'd go here everyday :
The espresso offered at this establishment is smooth and not burnt, with a bold flavor that is not overly sweet.
I was thrilled to be able to visit this lovely restaurant again! When I arrived at Hyperion and saw that the outdoor seating had returned along with some bar/window seating inside, I was overjoyed. The owners have clearly been working hard to improve the interior, and while the upper section is still being worked on, you can still enjoy selecting pastries and ordering delicious drinks in person. Thanks for brightening up my morning today!
