Sesame seeds aside, which I wish they were, the gochujang ribs are the bomb. Subtly smoked, moister than a good cupcake. And you want to talk about fall off the bone. Mess around and find out. Delicious. Couldn't have done better myself. View all feedback.
What Janette Valdes doesn't like about Eaker Barbecue:
Not the greatest place to eat. Food was cold, bland, macaroni and cheese dry and rubbery. Not to many side options. And I don't want to mention the price! Not the best experience in town ? View all feedback.
Loved the boozy banana pudding!!! All the meats were great.
Excellent brisket! Creative sides (fabulous kimchi fried rice), lots of rib and sausage options. This is the real deal. Highly recommended, get there before they run out.

This place was so good. I will rate this 5 stars. The service is great and the food is so delicious. I recommend bbq fans to come here.
Eaker is a true BBQ gem of the Texas Hill Country. They serve quality BBQ with a Korean flair that we love. Their specials are not to be missed especially the pork belly burnt ends and Texas Twinkies. One thing that really surprised us is their mac n cheese, probably the best we've ever had at a BBQ joint. Definitely worth a trip out to Fredericksburg for this place.
