The place always looks clean, has a double glass casing to ensure the food products are protective, and the workers wear masks and sanitize when necessary. It's rarely crowded, but there is now a limit of tables. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
Deaf individuals may struggle to find options on the menu due to barriers that hinder their access to what they truly want. The restaurant's layout is not very welcoming, making it difficult to see the menu clearly. Regarding dietary restrictions, I personally cannot eat yellow cheese and dislike pickles. This store deserves 0 stars because of the service, Disrespectful team, uncivil, inconsistent and moody! The 2 ladies at the register (Friday 6/3/2022 3:00pm) they both need a lot of training, even the one who claimed to be the store manager (big lady red curly hair round face and the staff member black hair glasses both latinas in their 50-60s), though I was trying to justify her rudeness for having a bad day. Even if Subway started today charging for extra ingredients and I didn?t know, and specially that I got them free of charge yesterday at the same location!!!! If they changed their mind, at least they should either charge quietly or ask nicely! I could have left the food and did?t pay but I did?t want to put them in trouble! They don?t even deserve that gratuity or that one star! Long story short, Subway is my favorite but this location is the worst ever!
There was an awful woman working here named Christina (she lied and said Maria but her name tag says Christina). She was rude, giving major attitude, refused to toast our food, threw our food around and got all sarcastic when i asked for more onion on our pizza by dumping two handfuls on it. She got all snarky when I called her out on it. Wow suchhh badddd customer service. Never coming to this subway again.
Deaf people may have it hard to find on the tray because of something that blocked us from our view whatever we want... Those on the windows are not friendly and how can we see it?
The personal was very disgusting! the app runs a promotion for the long sandwich at $2 and they did not want to honor that after ordering through the subway app and acted as I steal. only over all respectful subway must take the load away from these peculiarities and people who really care. it is a shameful use of the subway to be better.
The subway wasted ten minutes of out time, they made all the four subs and at the end they wouldn’t let us pay with coupons and and made more excuses and they wouldn’t let us pay so they wasted the food and with different employees they have let us pay with coupons
