Paisano's - Frederick

All about stopping here was a great time. The cash register was so beautiful and amazing in customer service. The food was made fast and was delicious!!! Very clean restaurant. All staff are friendly. Great place for a quick bite.

Eating was decent, waiting was reasonable. I have chickens and Margherita pizza. The pizza had too much cheese on it. Otherwise it was good. Wouldn't call it a Margherita pizza. The interior of the dining room was dirty and looked like it hadn't been wiped off at the age. The table next to us had old cheese, which was glued to the ground from the day before, without it from the same day. The front worker was more concerned about making pizza boxes than keeping the front clean. Everything had to be wiped from the drinking station to the tables to the mopping of the floors. I bet they lose customers because of the front. This is regrettable, because the food was really decent and it is in a really good situation. Management must wake up to get to the staff, because according to COVID, we cannot all agree that we have no time to lose money today?

Great pizza and great service. We got 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese and a full pepperoni pizza was sent. We called and they had a free cheese pizza delivered! Outstanding customer service. Paisano's is our #1 pizza place in Frederick!

Ordered two flavored wings and they made all in one flavor and not honoring customer good food. New lady at the front door needs more customer service experience. This place used to me more customer oriented. Keep in mind, every customer is a big deal for any business. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO YOUR STROE AGAIN. Again, I visit yesterday for my convenience to grab some wings. Refer the picture!! Chicken feather!

At Paisanos, the prices are quite reasonable...every day I receive in my email an attractive special. I think yesterday's was buy a full sized pizza at full price, get one for just $2! In today's inflation fueled economy, you just cannot beat that. When I pick up, the employees who hand the food over are extremely polite, which is a good thing! I get the feeling that my business is noticed and appreciated. The menu here is quite extensive, and includes burgers and salads in addition to the standard Italian fare. I got a double cheeseburger and fries recently and it was fresh, well cooked, and tasty. This review replaces one I just wrote...I found I had much more to say.
