It has been a long time since I have been to a restaurant this bad. The staff is not just unfriendly, but positively rude. Despite booking a table, we had to wait at least min the three times we went. The food takes for...ages and requests like salad and soup arriving together are ignored. We have visited Ristorante Arte three times over the years during a large trade show in Frankfurt. The authentic Italian comfort food, welcoming staff make for an enjoyable evening by all. Thanks Ristorante Arte!
Superb little traditional restaurant, very friendly service and extensive menu. Lots of Pizza Pasta staples, but also a good choice of roasts seafood too. List of specials (written on the walls) was also very impressive. Food was all fresh, plentiful and the service...was excellent. Great value too.
First I walk in there and asked if restaurant accepted my company’s corporate card and guy in charge said no. As I was prepared to leave, he changed his mind (assume he didn’t want to pay the card charges). When same guy brought the bill...I noticed after paying that I was overcharged euros but since he couldn’t reverse transaction he gave me back in cash! So I was still overcharged! Really annoying when the guy in charge blatantly tries to rip you off. Food wise, portions are abundant but very salty.
It was an experience which could have been better! Service attitude was typically Italian!! Couldn’t care less! The Pizza was not as per out order!! The Tiramisu was the saviour!!
