Enrico's Italian Dining - Frankfort

We were today a group of 6 with reservation. Our group was happy to remember our grandparents who brought us to the original place when we were children. We all agreed that food was great and management was even better. Our server accidentally dropped a plate of Mostaccioli, which splashed all men in our group. Our server was quick to apologise and the management was even faster to come to apologize again, offer to cover dry cleaning (which we rejected) and offer us additional drinks for this accident. It is little and far in between to get this kind of service today! We were all impressed, as most businesses brush off things like it's the customer's problem. I will say we will all be back, not only for the delicious food, but the amazing management that customers should treat the way they should be treated.

We recently had a larger group at Enrico's for a special occasion. We're not. Staff went beyond and beyond to help our family. The food was delicious, the service was wonderful, and we will definitely return and we highly recommend Enrico's Italian food!

My husband and I sung on a beautiful August night on the terrace. The food was great, the server was attentive and fun and we enjoyed listening to the music they played! We had a wonderful and relaxing experience.

Like some other posts I have seen our waitress was also not the kindest. But the food was excellent. The bartender Julie was very nice and the people we met when we first went in. I was a frequent customer at the original location and had not been with the new one until Saturday. It didn't disappoint! Minestrone is to die!

I love Enrico's. Their pizza is fantastic but don't stop there, try the pasta and other wonderful items on the menu. Did I say I love this place? So worth the 1 hour drive that it takes to get there...The only thing I would change is to offer the 16 pizza for dining in, not just for carry-out.
