The only tavern that benefits from tourists: flavorless dish. This is the first time after 40 years of coming to Greece that I have eaten such a tasteless Greek salad with a small portion and a tasteless feta cheese. The same goes for fried squid: ridiculous portion and bathed in oil. And to top it off, same practice as at Nikos at the port: no card, no price. When you go to a tavern with tables on the sea, you go to eat fresh fish from Michalis' fishing boat, salad, handmade potatoes and green fava beans. If you ask for cream mushrooms, medium fillet and texture of pineapple and coconut then you are definitely wrong part.
The location is most beautiful and authentic under the trees at the beach (1 star) and the service is friendly (2nd star). Food is served on small plates without side dishes, no menue to choose from and then you are finally surprised with the bill, which was the most expensive one during our vacation so far (we guessed only 50% of it before).
Very nice straw chicken! Free sunbeds for your swim in the sea...
