I recently went through the drive-thru at this restaurant and had a disappointing experience. They got my order wrong twice, and when I finally received it, the fries were at the bottom of the bag and there was no fork included. The bread was also very hard and crispy. The Big Dill Pickle Burger I ordered had only bread and fries as well. Overall, it was a terrible experience. View all feedback.
If you are looking for almost food, this is not. it takes in the rule 20 minutes, only for them to take their order, and another 20 to actually get it. doesn't matter if it's eating or just drinks. Last visited I watched two employees who were talking about 10 minutes (if we had to wait for our order), no work was done. it seems as if they hope that the people will feed and just go. their drinks are delicious, but I highly recommend avoiding this situation!
Quite literally the worst sonic I have ever experienced. I have never received a complete order from this location. Something(s) is/are always missing. There was a short period of time where the burgers were perfect (must have been a new cook) and orders were relatively reliable, but that has long since passed. Wish they would create a zero star option, this location deserves it. I feel sorry for the owner, because the management is clearly awful. I highly advise you get your sonic fix from a different location.
Waited 40+ minutes for a drink once.Another time, the food was cold by the time they gave it to us.Also only ever got our food once after we knocked on the door and spoke to the manager about waiting an hour. To which they responded by asking if we even paid for it yet. Well why else would someone sit for an hour on food if they haven't paid yet? And not only that but she was extremely rude to us and seemed annoyed that we had to go up to them to get our food.Multiple times they've gotten our orders wrong or didn't give us our orders at all until we said something. Or the food is really cold by the time it gets to us.All of the employees seem to echo the manager's lack of customer service and service overall.I would not recommend it here but if you must, go through the drive thru, not the sit and wait area or you might not get your food.
This is based on multiple visits over the course of a couple months. If you’re planning to come to this sonic, find the nearest one and move on. This place just can not get right with its supply chain, it’s quality control, it’s microphone even working to take your order correctly, or their order tracking. Hands down consistently the worst sonic I’ve been to in town. Expect them to be out of at least one thing you order, expect them to hand you your food in less appropriate packaging than other locations, and expect to repeat yourself over and over unless you’re practically yelling into the mic.
Horrible service speed. I ordered online and sat in my car for over 50 minutes waiting. They prioritize the drive through over mobile orders which is ridiculous. Over the intercom they are rude and vague about wait times.
