Excellent! As I traveled tonight, I stopped at Fort Valley BK Drive-thru. The young man who took the payments and young lady in the dining window was so sweet and friendly. I went to my face with a smile. The service was fast and the food was hot. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt like I had to beg them. View all feedback.

I been sitting in this line almost 20 minutes and no one has came to the window they are watching ppl through the window lady act as if she don’t wanna do her job bad attitude I want be returning!!! On 9/15/23 I was at the drive through for five minutes and then I pulled up to greet an angry woman who stared at me and I said I tried to order but no response so I tried to order but she was yelling at me and I then tried to explain to her sister who’s the manager there and she took her side I thought relatives were not supposed to work there together Both the worker and the manager started yelling at me and I had two with in the car with me I’ll never go there again unless I know that those two people aren’t working there anymore
