Starbucks - Fort Shafter

12/23/23 11:45am. As I walked in I noticed a homeless female in line, I was going to buy her a drink meal but the female barista gave it to her immediately for free. It's was as if she knew her. She ignored me, made me wait to order. Another person took my order and then I waited for my drink. The same barista acknowledged another person that came in, he ordered after me and she decided to make his drink before mine. As a paying customer for years with Starbucks and to be treated ignored as if I was trash just because I don't frequent this particular Starbucks lacks professionalism. I won't be returning to this Starbucks. I'm sure they'll do fine, but do see the other reviews of this Starbucks, you'll see there's more issues than what I encountered??. I gave a extra star for the other two employees.

The baristas here at this location are unable to make an americano and very rude. Will not be coming back to this location!! I ask Lea to remake and she made it worse that the first one. They should be courteous to all customers not just the regular

Bought a coffee using the app, had car issues, couldn't be bothered to refund me.

I go here not too often but occasionally when I have shopping to be done nearby. I've never had this experience before but their Peach Green Iced Tea had a soap aftertaste to it. I asked for it to be remade and I thought it was okay but taking another sip once I left, it still had a soap taste to it. So I thought maybe my mom's is the same? Hers was completely fine. Staff were nice but did put a damper on my day

My go to location now that I am in town almost everyday. Friendliest workers ever. My order always come out exactly the way I like it. Coffee will always be the right way to start my day.
