Buffalo Wild Wings - Fort Shafter

Buffalo Wild Wings, at Ala Moana, has decided the customer should do all the work and then have to tip 18%. They are under staffed. You have to use the QR code, then select what you want, upload your credit card, and pay thru the app. I felt bad for the servers as all they do is deliver food. BUT you have to tip them 18%. That's a poor business practice. The staff, who I talked with, are also unsatisfied with the situation. I no longer recommend this particular location unless of course you want an isolated experience and basically just have food delivered with a poor atmosphere. Some technology is nice but this experience, with the mandatory tip, was not what was wanted. At least the customer doesn't have to do the dishes....but that's probably next.

Very nice place, food was good and the atmosphere was good. The service was ok, very nice server but we had to ask a few times for our drinks to be bought to us. Otherwise a nice experience.
