We have been to Casey's in Fort Pierre several times. Each time it seems like the are struggling more and more. They are consistently out of coffee, cups, lids, supplies etc. They have the supplies on the ground for you to pick through. I went to wash our windshield and there was no liquid. We have been to Casey's in Fort Pierre several times. Each time it seems like the are struggling more and more. They are consistently out of coffee, cups, lids, supplies etc. They have the supplies on the ground for you to pick through. I went to wash our windshield and there was no liquid. I checked in all of the other dispensers and they were empty or dirty. I used the bathroom and there were no towels in the machine, but there were towels available on the countertop that were soaked in water. Flies were also everywhere and landing on everything in the store. We did get a few slices of pizza that were great, but we wished the atmosphere allowed us to return more often since the food is good.
This store is an absolute joke. Maybe you should hire employees who actually want a job and that will actually do it. My door dash order had to be canceled because the girl sitting behind the counter couldn't be bothered to help the gentleman out. I am very disappointed in this store especially when I had no issue's with them before. I never write bad reviews but when your employee's can't be bothered to do their job and just want to sit behind the counter texting then I will write one. Very disappointed in the service he was given. My order had nothing to do with your kitchen being closed so obviously the lady was just being lazy.
Went in the store on Thanksgiving and there was an older lady behind the counter who I am guessing is an emoyee with her cell phone blasting so loud she was way more into her phone than her job. I found this to be ANNOYING. It would be nice if this store had a some holiday music instead of that
Bathrooms were closed with no alternative. They should at least have a plan for those who come in while it's being cleaned. Also couldn't get any water unless I bought a bottle. I don't like to use any more plastic than necessary. Pretty stupid that I can't fill my own water bottle. Not planning to return.
Clean and close the bathrooms before the store closes. Makes absolutely no sense.
