through the running thru today and continue to have problems with my mobile app to retrieve my daily deal. the casser in the first window, her name was gusline. she went beyond and beyond to help me on my handy as my not worked she let me use her deal on her mobile app on her personal cell! many thanks to a gusline, great customer service! they didn't have to but they did: View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:

Order my sandwiches with no onions still received onions ordered an Oreo mcflurry was told no Ice cream. Went inside to get my sandwiches corrected an associate walked in with her daughter/granddaughter and made an Oreo mcflurry... Life for real y'all need to do better!!! WORST MCDONALDS EVER!! I ordered my wife and I some food from here thru Uber eats. The chicken nuggets were very dry, tasted and looked old. The fries were very far from fresh. They couldn’t even put a Big Mac together correctly! If I could give zero stars I would. They need to replace the management in this place or just close it down!! Will never ever eat from this place again!

Literally the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Drive through was not a problem but they made my sandwich wrong so I went in to get it corrected. Took 20-30min to get a new sandwich and it was made the same way they made it in the first place. I just took it and scraped everything off because I wasn’t gonna wait another 30min for them to make the same mistake when I have places to be. Never going back to this McDonalds and I highly encourage others to drive a little farther to avoid this place.
Be careful they don’t lie to you. We took the kids to get a happy meal and asked for the advertised toys they have huge posters for them all over the McDonald’s building and they gave us Pokémon cards. My husband goes inside and asks them if they had the cars toys and they lied and said no. I (mom) was upset so we went to another McDonald’s and they had it. So we went back to the Delaware McDonald’s and went to return the happy meals. Guess what they try to deter the return by offering us the cars toys they supposedly didn’t have. Liars! Just go to the Virginia McDonald’s save the trip or any other McDonald’s.
