Wendy's - Fort Mill

Yesterday night, I tried to order through the drive-thru but was told that their system was down and they couldn't serve me. I expressed my hunger and explained that they were the only restaurant open at that hour. Eventually, the worker assured me that they would accommodate me and asked me to move to the next window. I received excellent customer service and believe he deserves a raise. Shoutout to James for coming through with the hook up!

Do not eat here at any cost. They do not deliver complete orders and do not offer refunds or answer phone calls. My friend and sister experienced harassment while dining there. Stay away from this place and go to Taco Bell instead. Their service is much better compared to this restaurant.

There were only three workers and the wait was a bit long, but they were very apologetic and almost everything was perfect. The two drinks I received were mixed up (large unsweetened tea instead of medium Dr Pepper) so my husband only got a medium tea. Not a big deal! It was still the best fast food we've had in a while.

I have frequented this restaurant often and decided to check it out again. The food here is good, though not the best. My main issue is with their hours and service. They tend to be slow when approaching closing time, and I have encountered issues with their opening hours. They are open during the daytime as usual, but their evening hours are inconsistent. I once arrived at 9:40 p.m. only to find them closed, despite Google listing their closing time as 2 a.m. Overall, the food is good but the service could be improved and they should correct their hours online.

The wendy’s in biltmore is not worth it. we ordered the doorstep because our work plan was too full for the day and it was terrible, the pommes were freezing, they refused to make our drinks and demanded the door-slag supplier to do them. even the door-shot person said to make a complaint and demanded that we no longer order from the Biltmore facility!
