The customer service from all the staff was outstanding. They have a fantastic selection of beers, and if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they provide excellent recommendations. Alex was incredibly kind and even shared tips about other great spots for food and drinks nearby since we were new to the area. We will definitely return. We walked in, and the blonde bar lady and other people behind the bar looked at us and didn 't even greet us.We ended up sitting down and the blonde lady wasn 't too thrilled with helping us. Not sure what it was, bit it didn 't give us a very good impression. We were barely done saying what wine we wanted and my friend wanted the bread plate with dips, but she was already walking away. Now this is impressive. I think I just met the best bar tender every! Paige (The bar tender) was fast and efficient, she paid attention to her costumers and was multi-tasking as a pro. Even while busy she stayed personable and pleanst. All by herself with the place packed she failed to miss a beat...even with difficult customers asking for tastings. This was 100% impressive and we will make sure to come back. The beer is selected well and a great selection to say the least! This place is the hidden gem of fort mill. All come by and say hello to get some great service and great booze. The servers are always awesome and great personalities to boot. If you have good taste in beer, wine, or atmosphere then come here. P.s. they are always willing to chill and fill your growler or chill your wine before opening. It is an excellent experience.
My goto wine shop and wine bar in Fort Mill. Love the selection of wine and ciders and the servers are extremely friendly and helpful. If you’ve never been, give it a try!!!
