Sherika and Janae provided excellent service during my breakfast visit this morning. Janae warmly greeted me and was patient and attentive as I explored the breakfast menu, which was my first experience with Wendy's breakfast. I ordered the number 1 combo, and the potatoes were delicious. I will definitely return and recommend this place to my friends. View all feedback.

I wouldn't recommend this Wendy's location. This is the third time I've tried to order breakfast before heading to work, but I've been late every time. I even tried pre-ordering, but they are incredibly slow and don't seem to care about their customers. I’d prefer to go somewhere else. They come across as unorganized and unprofessional. It was good after midnight when I continued to lauderdale, fl arrived. I didn't get a chance to eat in houston earlier and I was faded. when I went to a hotel, I noticed that nothing was open and a wendys appeared on the track. Now, a sandwich would keep me to the one, so I ordered a wendy’s double with speck. I have the wrong sandwich again, but at least this time I have something I enjoy. jalapeños. not bad for a night snack. I must mention that the so-called almost food, was not so fast... it took forever! I'll go next time I'm in town.
Do not waste your time to wait for 20-40 minutes for some fing fast food. Then after you wait expect to get the wrong stuff and be totally pissed you wasted an hr to get something you didn't want. Good job guys. Don't understand how this location is even around.
The staff was joking with us everyone was I'm a good mood and.smiling. food was perfect. Only thing that is a neg is the fact that how.long it takes to actually get through the line. But overall it was good experience.
Someone needs to hire a manager to run this restaurant.The people actually doing the work are nice and friendly, but not one person is moving with any sort of a sense of urgency, at all, and it's absolute insanity.They're taking one order at the counter at a time, filling that order, then taking the next order. As a result, the drive through line was around the building and the counter-order took almost 20 minutes to get food.0/10 would not recommend.
They take way too long. Long to take your order, long to take your payment and long to give you your food. They are always under staffed and the manager plays 3 roles, almost like she's working by herself. Food comes out hot and fresh though.
