Wendy's - Fort Lauderdale

I went to this wendy on Sunday at 1:00 a.m. to order a few sandwiches. my sandwich was missing from ingredients and layers. How do you think you're gonna get back from a $7.00 sandwich? what I had was a hot chaos! it looked like that was just thrown together sandwich. while I bought the new one, the service manager came out. I tried to tell her the situation, and she just went right past and told me to talk to them inside! what the devil! I asked her what her name was and she was behind the wall as if she wanted to hide. then she started admiring because I asked for my money back. they said to the cassian who took my command to quit. Finally, someone got an individual from the back to refund my card. the manager never approached the register to facilitate the situation. dissatisfied, least to say. she could not work in my load as incapable as she seemed to be and represent my interests. these days, this tried and true statement, they get what they pay is far from truth. none of the representatives told me they were from certain promotional items before I made the purchase. they tried to sell it. you will not steal from me! the times are hard.

Terrible dirty place. it doesn't have a single, clean table. no air conditioning, it was hot as hot. the personal was rude and makes fun of a coworker who tried to clean tables. my burger was burned and the bungalow was hard like a rock. I'll never go back.

I got my late evening lunches here last night. To be honest, it was perfectly executed and eating tasted great for late night munchie drive thru vibes. Normally, the direction is not always at the point, but at this point was the direction for the late nights at the point.
