This is a nice set up for a group of people or a date night. I don't recommend eating here, the food is bland, not worth the money at all. The waitress was very nice and attentive. View all feedback.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the subpar service I received during my recent visit. Despite making a reservation specifically to watch the UFC fights, the establishment prioritized broadcasting a meaningless Dolphins game instead. Furthermore, the management 's decision to display the UFC event on a small TV, while the larger screen remained dedicated to the inconsequential game, was unacceptable, I requested to have the UFC event displayed on the larger TV screen, given that the Dolphins game had on viewers. However, the manager refused, stating, 'No, I won 't. It 's the Dolphins. ' When I reiterated that no one was watching the game, he responded, 'It doesn 't matter, we 're a Florida bar. ' I found this response to be unacceptable and discriminatory, prioritizing a local team that no one was watching at the time in the area we got seated over customer requests. As a result, I chose to leave the establishment. This incident highlights a concerning lack of customer-centric service and raises questions about the management 's commitment to accommodating patrons ' preferences. I request that you take immediate action to address this incident, including: 1. I expect a formal apology and a review of your customer service policies to ensure that such incidents are addressed and prevented in the future. 2. A comprehensive review of your establishment 's service protocols to prevent similar incidents in the future. 3. Compensation for the subpar experience, including a refund or complimentary services. Failure to address this matter promptly and satisfactorily may lead to further action, including filing a formal complaint and sharing my negative experience with relevant authorities and online platforms.
We held our Children's Harbor Golf Committee monthly meeting at PLA Sports Bar. Great atmosphere, food and service was outstanding.
Food is awful,I’m not even kidding….it’s impossible to eat.But alcohol is good.Have no desire to come back after all
I absolutely love the atmosphere the music the service is exceptional I am definitely going to be returning and would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere that has a good vibe.
