I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The menu is extensive, offering many delicious items to try. I'm a big fan of their Buffalo chicken sandwich and the Philly cheesesteak. The last dish I sampled was the Buffalo chicken pizza, and it was fantastic! If you have a sweet tooth, don't miss out on their desserts; I had the chocolate mousse, and it was delightful. The staff is very friendly, making it a gre... View all feedback.

I requested to speak with a manager, but they refused to take my call over a $5.00 difference. I told them they were losing a loyal customer of ten years, and the response was, "Have a nice day." Seriously? I ended up with a smaller cake, an overpriced medium pizza, and poor customer service. No, thank you! There are too many better options out there. I've even recommended two other pizza places to the company. I won... View all feedback.
The two stars are for the pizza. we are for the contributors, it would be zero. after a whole day of movement, we venture into a plaza where we found in the inner city pizza at 19:30 clock. of the three present employees we were received like aliens from the young lady on the theke. first, she acted as if we were interrupting something important (a conversation about another customer who said it was hot like egg or as if we were at the wrong place. my man, exhausted from the day we had, asks whether they have any specificities like a pizza soda, instead of answering it, it makes a face and shows on the menu. in this time it would have taken two seconds to just say yes. her demon is sucked. all he asked her, she answered unreliablely. I'm sure she thought she was sweet, but instead she showed immature and was classless. we have gone while she introduces our order and after her return, she makes a face again as if we disturbed her. we have two small, mediocre pizzas and two cokse after home. of the strength of the posture, the nine dollars were not worth the effort. it was our first and last visit. if my team members treat each ****, they'd be gone in the second I heard of it. when the attitudes of the people are crapped, they expect the same to be careful in their eating. they need to retrain their employees to be more professional, the return would be worth it. as far as pizza is concerned, this is cheaper and better.
Service was quick, maybe too quick. The pizza had no taste, mozzerella sticks were ok, the sauce was watered down, alot. Only took a couple of bites. The staff was friendly.
Been going to downtown both locations 30 years plus.Great food late night hours for itb people.Never been disappointed. ALWAYS ON POINT.
Have been customers for many, many years. Normally a great pizza. Tonight not so much. Every place can have an off night. The pizza was undercooked and the veggies almost raw. So when we called to complain we were given an attitude. when my husband asked to speak with a manager he was told the manager died just before you called . When you pay $50 for an undercooked pizza and get an attitude when you try to let the place know you had a problem why bother ordering since there are so many other options. Very sad. it used to be good.
The pizza was pretty good. Large slices and enormous slices of pepperoni. A little greasy which is the way I like it. The staff was especially nice/ fun.
