I recently relocated to Fort Collins and decided to treat my family to a nice dinner. Blue Agave exceeded our expectations! The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was pleasant, and our server, Jacob, was not only fun and knowledgeable but also very thoughtful regarding my shellfish allergy. What BrianK doesn't like about Blue Agave Grill Fort Collins:
Reservation was at 7:45. We sat down. They told us the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes an d our food was cold, and pork carnitas were completely charred. It was 4th with bad weather so in fairness they seemed overwhelmed. Bummer! View all feedback.
I ate at the bar. I had the surf and turf, blackened scallops. My meal and the service were terrific. Even more so were the “Muy Macho” spicy margaritas with cucumber ... very fresh
Delicious food, great atmosphere, terrific service. definitely recommend... cant wait to go back!
Excited to try this place out and it was awesome!! The food was delicious we had lobster tacos and carne asada for our entree ,we also enjoyed botmless mimosas. Our waiter jeff was top notch fabulous!!! Jeff was professional ,friendly and very informative of the menu and drink list !! Can't wait to return
Fabulous! Jeff was a great server, spot on service! Calamari might have been the best I’ve had. And the steak melted in your mouth.
The food and staff were amazing! Best margaritas! A great place to go for a celebration!
