Food was over cooked sat to long and burned when I order a 15 dollar burger I expect it to me made right mc d over chargers for nasty food disgusting fyi quarter pounder should should be cooked to order not sitting for hours burned also this was through the drive threw View all feedback.
I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. I came through drive-through. My meal was mixed up with another vehicle, which was no problem, but the young lady after register was complaining about get me off of this drive-through window. Then the manager came up to try to correct the situation, and she had a very bad attitude. I asked her to cancel the order and return my money I am this dissatisfied with the service, and I will never come back to the McDonald’s again. At least not that one. Things needs to change to provide good customer service customer with customers you have no business.Sincerely, Dissatisfied Customer.

Had to place a complaint with corporate the HHSC for discrimination against an amputee.Also, not only missing a big mack with our order but also found a nugget in the bottom of my 10pc box with a bite out of it!

Went and picked up a mobile order for 20 piece nuggets and a basket of fries. The nuggets were terrible and tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time and heated back up in the microwave. The fries were cold and soggy as well. Absolutely horrible.
