Pho Hoa Noodle Soup - Fort Bliss

The pho is good. I wish they would do rare steak. I think the banh mi would be better with cucumber also.

This restaurant is top-notch! From start to finish, the service was exceptional and I was kept informed every step of the way. Outstanding experience.

The pho was too heavy handed in cloves and popcorn chicken was rock solid. We enjoyed the tofu roll and fried egg roll.

The popcorn chicken is consistently overcooked, resulting in a dry and unenjoyable experience after a few bites. The summer rolls, on the other hand, are perfectly prepared.

The food is amazing, but I wish they put more effort into the takeout options.
