What Kemosabe1071 doesn't like about Dunkin':
*Rating change* Definitely hate giving Dunkin’s a bad review. Floors were dirty, coffee was cold. I didn’t even try to eat my donuts. Only good dunkin in the area is on Montana.
This place is terrible. I placed a mobile order figuring my stuff would be ready by the time I got there. I get there and the line is almost out the door, none of my order is done. So I waited for 20 minutes still nothing, one of the employees says there’s a bunch of orders up here check them to see if yours is there. I go and check my coffee is there it’s the wrong size and it’s just black coffee. I had to say something to them about it and the employee say we are out of the milk that was supposed to go in it you would figure they would ask if a substitution would be ok. Then it’s a waiting game for the food I had to wait almost another 20 minutes just to get hash browns. I won’t be returning I will go 15 minutes out of my way to go to the other dunkin off post.
Very nice place and conveniently located at Fort Bliss.
I have been to this DD a bunchnof times now when visiting my son. They always make my drink perfect, the food is always great, the service is always top notch, and they are always very quick no matter how busy it gets.
Literally work next this location....they need to teach all workers how to actually make all the drinks as advertised and not one day 1 way the other day another way...being that it's so busy the location...someone needs to order more to keep in stock for more customers and not run out half into the day
Placed mobile order at 8:35 (at the intercom). I didn’t get my food until 8:42! Got their avocado toast and it is NOT TOAST! It was so soggy! Coffee was all watered down. I hate that their excuse is that they are always short staffed! Isn’t there a manager there that can hire more people to fix the problem. I LITERALLY told them to keep their food and throw it away. I drove off! The times I’ve gone there, it’s the same problems! LONG WAIT TIMES and food quality is VERY inconsistent! Do better please!
