I was ordering in restaurant today Tue Sept 21st. I had a large order. The woman that helped me was working the whole counter. She was excellent and so courteous even though several people came in and lined up behind me. She needed help and was becoming stressed with the line up but never lost her cool. Great employee! Food has never been an issue. What is an issue is waiting in the chipotlane for now over 30 minutes when the food is apparently ready. They serve 1 vehicle every 10-15 min. How is that possible if the food is ready?! We need another chipotle up north.
Worst Chipotle I've been too. Out of pico, corn salsa, and chips and not accommodating at all.
I went there to get a steak burrito. Got what I wanted. When it came to the end they couldn 't wrap it with one or even TWO tortillas. So I asked the gentleman that was working on August 8th 2023 at around 540 who wrapped my burrito to give me an extra tortilla to close the burrito all the way. He look straight at me and said I already did . Then I proceeded to get handed a burrito that was more like a double tortilla overstuffed taco.

The food is absolutely amazing, all of the burrito baristas that I have interacted with have been pleasant. However, they have a difficult time keeping the place clean and staffed. Way too often, have I showed up and been greeted with a sign taped to the door stating only online orders due to staffing . It doesn 't matter, I will still show up every week, the food is too doggone good!!!
