good and improved service. the menu is just as good! I often visit this forest hills location because it has plenty of parking, a separate drive-thin track and plenty of tables and friendly staff. ada accessible and high chairs are available. food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I come here often for many many years and lately the bathrooms have been an issue… the bathrooms are functioning but they don’t let customers use it… employees go in and out but customers can’t use them… I was there with my friend and her kids.. kids are messy and needed to clean up after eating.. but bathrooms are closed for customers.. this isn’t fair especially for kids and people like me that are diabetic and nee... The manager reacts and the employees are polite. Then there's a guy who keeps the place immaculate. He goes beyond his job details. So the place is very clean.
Very lively place especially around when school gets out. Maybe a suggestion. Place signs on the table for the kids to please clean up after themselves. Thats not fair to your staff.
Food was great, except they forgot one of my large fries and didn't realize till I was home. My fault for not checking also. So no starts reduced

Super nice staff. They were quick, professional, cheerful and just plain nice. I wish more McDonalds were like this. You can also tell that the kitchen staff is professional the chicken sandwich was well put together. Thank you.
