Ordered 30 min before closing, received a confirmation that my order is accepted and will be arriving shortly. 1:30 after the order was placed, no food has arrived, when called the restaurant no one was picking up. Never got the food or an apology message, worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The order was done on your website not eat.ch View all feedback.
