Manderes - Folsom

Casual place where people meet for lunch and possibly drinks. I had the special, rare sea red Ahi Thun on a green salad with Sesam ginger dressing. It was pretty good. The restaurant is a bit dark, but not too loud at lunch on Wednesday. It was a business dinner for me. It's a little casual for it unless you already have the mood of the other person.

We were here several times. Food is consistently good. I had well prepared fish, chicken and beef here. they are friendly and the customers are jovial. You have a rather decent selection of beer and wine.

Always have great experience in Manderes. I've been here for years. Whether a date night, lunch with friends, or just for appetizers and drinks. Whatever it's beautiful. It has a good selection of beers. The sandwiches are incredible. And the ribs are fantastic. What else is necessary?

Really loved the appetizers we order! The filled mushroom was our favorite. One of the best garlic potatoes we've ever had. The rosemary was a little too much for our pleasure. Every bite tasted like it and got overwhelming after a while

We came here for the first time tonight. I was honestly fully prepared to be disappointed, not because of reviews, because they all seemed to be great, just simply because a lot of our usual favorite spots have been going downhill lately and we've been disappointed at some other spots we've been to. I'm giving it 3 stars, because the space overall is a bit on the cozy side, because of the space, or lack there of, the volume was quite loud. I couldn't even hold a conversation with my family of 3. At first the service was good to, but once our meals arrived, our waitress disappeared until after we'd finished our food. As far as the food goes, I got the steak and risotto and it was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. My husband enjoyed his meal enough, aswell. The price was very reasonable. Our bill was only 70$ which shocked me because we've been to other places with similar menus and paid over 100 for the 3 of us. I can say it is highly we will be back.
