I dined indoors and had a chicken sandwich, which was quite tasty. Overall, everything was good. However, it's not the ideal spot if you're looking for a peaceful meal. That said, everyone else seemed to be having a great time. View all feedback.
The chicken tortilla soup is always delicious! My fave!
The delicious food is only surpassed by the service at this location. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. I was amazed today when we grabbed a high chair for our daughter and not only was it clean, but it had a place mat to stick to the table already on the seat. Such a nice touch for her to enjoy her chicken and waffle fry.
We always have a great experience at the Folsom Chick-fil-A. It is nice and bright inside with a warm atmosphere. The service is consistently excellent, friendly, and polite. The Folsom location also hosts wonderful events for kids, families, and the community. We willingly drive farther to reach the Folsom Chick-fil-A than other closer options. Thank you to the franchisee and management for hiring only the best, training employees well, and ensuring patrons have a great visit.

Love this location! We always have a great experience. We did the mommy and me Valentine's Day here and it was just what we could ask for. Great job to the staff!
