The food was skimpy not a true hibachi. My mom had chicken shrimp hibachi, she received 3 shrimp. The rice was not good. The shrimp fried rice is served with 5 shrimp which is laughable. The chicken was hard. The fried/hibachi rice tasted as if it came from the freezer section. They need to work on serving size food quality. Upon our arrival the restaurant was empty so my kids, grandson and I waited for someone to come from the back to take our order. Finally a male came up front and acted as though he didn’t won’t to be bothered but did take our order. We took a seat and waited on our order to come out and it was something that I had never experienced before. A older lady was also present with the male and watched my kids and I the entire time we tried to stomach the $70 meal I had paid for. The hibachi rice was not hibachi and the sushi rolls look that the rolls you purchase from the supermarket. As I tried to explain my dissatisfaction of the services and the food the older lady became aggressive. I told her and him that she was rude and she in return told me I was rude. I made them aware that I would report the way we were treated especially since they are located on the resort OWA Parks and Resorts. These actions would explain why no one was in their establishment and they definitely shouldn’t be apart of what is suppose to be a family oriented environment.Signed: Beyond Furious
Great place! Friendly people, sushi was great, and food came out very fast. Will definitely come back.
Sushi and hibachi were delicious. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely eat here again with the family. Thank you ?
