Wendy's - Flower Mound

Last time I go there. I could understand if they were busy but it wasn't. Everything looked tasted like it was a 2 days old . They must've spilled salt on the fries because if that was on purpose they need new management. And they raised prices on top of that. Pathetic. Lazy. The board of health should pay them a surprise visit. I will be disputing the charge on my card. I paid for something to eat couldn't eat it.

So just got home with my 4 for 4, opened my burger with a HUGE bite taken out. I’m so appalled and disgusted by this. Has never happened to me ever with fast food. Why would you serve this to someone?!?!?!

This is the second time I’ve been to this Wendy’s in the past week. Last time I came in and ordered spicy nuggets and was given regular. I complained to the manager and she said she would bring be the nuggets, well they never came. Today I came and ordered in the drive thru asked for spicy nuggets, junior bacon cheese burger, and a large fry. Well, they completely got my whole order wrong. Chicken sandwich, non spicy nuggets, medium fries. Want to know what was so funny, same lady/manager handled the order. I don’t think I’ll return to this location ever again.

Wonder why yall aren't busy..it's cuz she just listening and watching her phone..yall will shut down soon..I ordered food and she did nothing for me this morning..

Got all 3 sandwich orders in correct and lied about having grilled chicken popper salad as it was fried upon reaching home. This is not the first time they have gotten orders incorrect but the staff lacked due diligence on ensuring validity when confronted on false delivery.
