Taco Bell - Flower Mound

This Taco Bell is probably my favorite! Tonight, I accidentally went to the wrong location after I had canceled my online order. The manager, I believe, was incredibly friendly and made my food anyway. I would completely understand if he hadn't, but it really shows that they prioritize customer service here. I wish I could give a higher rating because the cook put extra effort into my burrito, and it was fantastic. Thank you for always being my go-to for late-night snacks. You are the real heroes!

My experience with the order on Sunday afternoon was excellent. Just as I hoped, everything was hot and delicious. It’s definitely one of my favorite places, and the quality is consistently great.

The food preparation seemed a bit off, even for a fast food restaurant. It tasted like it had been sitting under a heating lamp for a while before being served. Also, you can only request two packets of sauce for each item, and for me, two packets of Taco Bell hot sauce barely last for two bites. I don't think I'll be returning to this place.

I was amazed by the service..Oralia the Gm was awesome servicing us a the district manager as there also . In my youth years I was part of a corporate name tricom .. late 90s early 2000s . And just make my self a meximell with easy beans rice steak onions and cheese.. I ask them if they could make ir since this items is not longer un they menú.. waoooo nice job to the crew ? ? amazing . Thank you very much I definitely will came back again ..

It’s hard to communicate to this store employees, they take wrong orders. I am vegetarian, explicitly mentioned no BEEFOnly potatoes. Still they added it.
